Our research is devoted to general mechanisms in biological systems, mainly in proteins, but also on membranes and in cells. Our main goal is a deep understanding of the general working principle of these biological systems. Therefore we also develop novel methodological approaches. Our general strategy is to accompany our experimental work with simulations.
