All of our equipment is dedicated to structural and functional investigations of biological molecules and molecular assemblies like membranes or filaments. Our main methods are fluorescence based. We have several single molecule sensitive confocal and TIRF fluorescence microscopes. As light sources, we have several CW and pulsed lasers in a wide range of wavelengths from 405 nm to 780 nm. You also have a white light source providing picosecond pulses in the wavelength range from 400 nm up to the infrared. We also have or share equipment for the complete production chain for proteins.
